Progress is tracked through movement assessments, timed sprints, and change-of-direction tests. All of this is done in tandem with coach feedback on technique and effort. Athletes and their parents receive regular updates so they can see improvements in speed, strength, coordination, and overall confidence.
-
During their season, the focus is on maintenance and recovery, not exhausting them. Sessions are adjusted by lowering volume and emphasizing movement quality. In practice, this consists of short sprints and mobility-work. All of this keeps your athlete healthy and confident for games and practices.
-
The offseason is when your athlete can make their biggest improvements in speed, strength, and power. Workouts can be slightly higher in volume and intensity, with more dedicated muscle work and progression. Your athlete will return to their sport faster, stronger, and more resilient after an offseason with OFFGRID.
